! Music is Gary Downing and Nick Morgan:
Gary Downing started his music career at the major publisher Warner/Chappell where he moved from the copyright and business affairs departments to the synchronisation and licensing department before heading up that area of the company. He then moved to the large independent publisher Chrysalis Music in 2006 where he was the Director of the Synchronisation. During his time at the companies Gary has been involved in pitching and licensing music into a variety of films, commercials, TV programmes and computer games as well as dabbling in the World of A&R.
Nick Morgan was previously the Advertising Creative Manager in the synchronisation and licensing department at Chrysalis Music where he was responsible for all the pitching and negotiation of their repertoire into advertising campaigns. Whilst at Chrysalis Nick successfully placed their music into commercials for brands including BMW, Vodafone, Nike, Orange and Boots to name but a few. Before joining Chrysalis in 2003 Nick was the creative guru at Ricall, the third party on-line music search and licensing company. Here he cut his teeth in both the music and media worlds dealing with all the UK publishers and labels, as well as various repertoire from around the World, placing music into numerous films, TV shows and adverts.
